Operated as ‘Centre of Expertise’ providing operational business blue print for Recruitment and Selection Shared Services in Europe.

Taryn Wilkinson

25+ years recruitment industry experience gained in specialist recruitment consultancy environments (both owner managed and large corporations).
Managed and developed a UK & Ireland ‘Best in Class’ Recruitment Shared Services function within a Fortune 50, US owned corporation with 200,000+ employees globally.
Led the London & Johannesburg operations, with full P&L responsibility for a specialist international recruitment business.
Prior experience in creating, launching, growing, selling and merging a successful recruitment business.
Created recruitment training material, delivered training and provided consultancy support within the UK Recruitment Industry.
