We are working on behalf of a global manufacturing group whose chemically produced products service many sectors including Marine, Fire Protection, Automotive & Aerospace.
They are seeking to appoint an ambitious and innovative Chemist to work as part of a dedicated Laboratory Team in the North West of England.
The key objectives of this varied & challenging remit are to act as a subject matter expert in protective coatings / resin flooring products (epoxy / polyurethane), providing timely and accurate product solutions whilst ensuring the product innovation pipeline is continual.
You will possess a Degree in Chemistry with proven experience in developing protective coatings / resin flooring products. You will enjoy coaching Lab Technicians whilst supporting and solving technical issues for stakeholders across the group. Project management skills and an ability to make decisions are also essential.
