The core objective will be to create, drive and maintain marketing and admissions strategies to support recruitment and retention, whilst building positive, value-adding relationships with all stakeholders both internally and externally.
The successful candidate will be a proven, innovative Marketing Professional who has knowledge of education sector admissions (independent schools, academies, further education colleges etc.), who is passionate about delivering results in a changing environment where a collegiate approach and a total passion for the School / College’s goals and culture are required. A degree in Marketing would be preferred but more essential is your proven general marketing / admissions experience, excellent communication skills, proficiency in web analysis tools and a positive, “can do” approach.
