They are seeking to appoint an inspiring and innovative Research & Development Manager, who possesses a Degree in chemistry and extensive experience of Hydrocarbon Fire Protection products
The key objectives of this high-profile remit are to lead a technical team in the research and development of new product technologies for the global protective coatings marketplace.
As well as your high-level Chemistry qualifications and your technical knowledge of hydrocarbon fire protection products, you will also possess the ability to motivate and mentor this dedicated specialist team, whilst demonstrating your “Completer Finisher” profile to successfully deliver projects and achieve continuous improvement to timescale.
You will be passionate about promoting technical excellence in R&D and providing subject matter expert support to both internal and external stakeholders. As this is a fast-paced international organisation, you will also need to be comfortable in managing change in a diverse environment, possess a positive attitude to ethics & best practice and be able to demonstrate strong influencing skills.
