We are working on behalf of a global technology provider with a strong track record of financial performance. They are continually investing in R&D and are proud of their leading-edge products, services and solutions.

They have an aggressive sales plan to develop market share across Europe and beyond and are seeking to appoint a high performing Service Sales Specialist to sell fire, BMS and buildings cybersecurity service & maintenance solutions to new large corporate customers, to convert completed projects into maintenance contracts and to support major contract renewals.

You will have already operated successfully as a Service Sales Consultant / Business Development Manager within a business that specialises in delivering technical, integrated, connected solutions into the buildings / construction environment, such as BMS, SaaS, Security, HVAC, Energy, Fire, Building Controls. You will have proven ability in winning new business and finalising the sale by utilising a consultative sales style and be able to successfully navigate processes to achieve results within a complex environment.

By being the knowledge expert for service maintenance contracts you will provide tailored solutions and value propositions for the customer and deliver multiple projects / opportunities at any one time. You will enjoy presenting compelling solutions to clients and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve the best results for the customer.
