As part of a global restructuring plan which also incorporates significant investment in human capital management software, they are seeking to appoint an EMEA Payroll Manager to lead the regional payroll shared service team.
This challenging and newly created remit will include extensive project management in order to restructure and integrate international payrolls into this department, working closely with the outsourced vendor on the roll out of the cloud based HCM solution, controlling timely and accurate payments to all employees, ensuring all relevant tax, benefits and statutory payments meet regulatory requirements, developing, implementing and monitoring internal controls across the EMEA region, ensuring that the company is compliant with all payroll laws and regulations for each country within the region, driving continuous improvement and fostering a customer centric culture.
Our client seeks a high performing individual with significant experience in all aspects of payroll processes / systems and a successful track record in leading European wide payroll migrations towards a global shared service model. You will also be a talented people manager who can lead a team to deliver excellent BAU whilst navigating regular projects to include system implementations, payroll migrations, acquisitions and divestitures.
